Sr. AI/ML Engineer
Per year
Lead development of our intelligent masking engine using cutting-edge AI/ML techniques. You'll work on building scalable ML systems that process petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
What you'll do
- •Design and implement advanced ML models for PII detection and data masking
- •Optimize model performance for sub-millisecond latency requirements
- •Lead technical research on privacy-preserving machine learning
- •Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- •Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams
- •Publish research papers and contribute to the ML community
What we're looking for
- •7+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
- •Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or pattern recognition
- •Production experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- •Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
- •BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- •Experience with privacy-preserving techniques (differential privacy, federated learning)
- •Knowledge of compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
